Introduction

Moreover, we have actively sought after, developed and embedded projects to address workforce inequality. We aim to extend these towards reducing the disability employment gap particularly in Neurodiversity as this is relevant to the skills and opportunities towards Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in our sector.
