Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement

Introduction

Global Partnership for Research Led Executive Projects (Globeprep) is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. This statement sets out the steps that Globeprep has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our organization or our supply chains. Our commitment to ethical business practices is central to our operations and is aligned with our vision, code of conduct and Sustainability policy Statement

Our Policies

Modern slavery, a term used to encapsulate slavery, servitude, human trafficking, and forced labor, is a criminal activity that violates fundamental human rights. Globeprep has a zero tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are fully committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and with transparency in all of our business dealings. We are dedicated to implementing effective systems and controls that ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our business or supply chain. To uphold our commitment, we have implemented several internal policies to foster a transparent and ethical business environment. These policies include:

  1. Recruitment policy: We operate a robust recruitment policy that includes conducting eligibility to work checks for all associates to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will. We are dedicated to creating a working environment that is free from exploitation and which safeguards employees’ rights in accordance with the law.
  2. Whistleblowing policy: Globeprep encourages all its associates, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to its direct activities or its supply chains. Thus, we have established a whistleblowing policy aimed at encouraging a culture of openness and accountability, where all can voice concerns about how colleagues are being treated, or practices within our business or supply chain, without fear of reprisals.
  3. Supplier Code of Conduct: We have a strict Supplier Code of Conduct which outlines the manner in which we expect our suppliers and business partners to conduct business and ensure supplier Adherence to Our Values
  4. Regular Audits: We conduct regular audits to assess our compliance with our policies and to ensure our suppliers also comply with our standards.
  5. Training: As training is a pillar of our service offer, and to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we offer training to our staff and clients. We also support our business partners to provide training to their staff, suppliers, and providers.

This statement demonstrates our commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain, and it represents our firm's pledge to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. This statement will be reviewed and updated annually to reflect our ongoing commitment.
